Origin & Formula
Prepared in small, unhurried batches using wild-harvested Amazonian and Andean botanicals gathered in partnership with local Peruvian harvesting collectives. Because our oils and resins remain unrefined to protect their active properties, subtle natural shifts in shade and aroma occur between harvests, reflecting the natural cadence of rain, sun, and soil.
The Ritual
Intended for daily cosmetic and sensory wellness. Our formulations are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. To honor your skin’s unique physiology, we recommend performing a small patch test on the inner forearm prior to initial use. Store your vessel in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ambient heat, and humidity.
Shipping & Transit
Orders are prepared and dispatched directly from our Miami studio. For international shipments, local customs clearance, import duties, and regional taxes are managed at destination entry by the recipient. ÉLONÉVA is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or international customs processing.
Client Care & Returns
Due to the intimate nature of personal care formulations, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened, sealed items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Orders are subject to security verification prior to dispatch. Our concierge team is always available to assist with product guidance prior to purchase.
